SIX OF WANDS
6 of Wands w/ Black Onyx encourages you to let your desires me seen, heard, and celebrated! If you're holding on to a fear of not being understood, a belief that you're not good enough, or the thought that you're undeserving, you can go ahead and toss that to the side. You're a radiant being worthy of love + attention! Create a vision board for your deepest longings. Write down your soul-churning desires + fiercest appetites. Find images to capture their essence. Put them up in your room, or save them as the background to your phone. If you celebrate + parade your wild desires, you raise your vibration to receiving!
The Hermit asks, "How can I become more quiet and hear wisdom more deeply?" Six of Wands
The Six of Wands is known as a card of VICTORY, RECOGNITION, and PROGRESS. But there's more to it than these simple keywords. Sixes in the tarot represent an element of giving/receiving. You'll notice on the Six of Wands, there's a guy on a horse (giving) and then a crowd of followers (receiving). We each are born with innate skills and traits capable of making this world a better, more beautiful place. What's important to remember is this very act of giving and receiving. What meaning do our gifts have if there's no one there to RECOGNIZE them?
Seeing this card for "how can I become more quiet and know wisdom more deeply?" is a reminder to have faith in what I'm able to offer. By deeply believing in yourself, you open yourself up to others believing in you as well. It's a reminder to live by example. Don't worry what others are thinking or doing around you. Focus on yourself. This will quiet the mind and allow you to hear wisdom.
If your roommates are messy, don't focus on that, focus on what you can do to be cleaner. If you see someone be disrespectful, don't pay it energy, focus on what it is you can do to be live more compassionately. The Six of Wands is a powerful reminder to lead by example.
